Our October Zoom session features someone already well known to many of us:
One of the area’s top masters of cuisine Chef Rôtisseur Sebastian Mazzotta.
On this occasion, Chef will demonstrate how to create a delicious Rum Pumpkin Bisque and a succulent Italian-style Lemon Chicken. The ingredients and recipes for these dishes will be posted shortly on our website: Napleschaine.com
As usual, The session will be interactive and our Emcee Vice Echanson Tim Evankovich will be on hand to sample the creations for us, and chat about wine pairings. So if you have any questions as we go along, our team will be able to answer them.

Chef Mazzotta has been a member of the Chaîne since 2012 and his wife Jennifer is also well known to most of us as Administrateur du Bailliage for many years.
